Contract Agreement for The Legacy Mastermind Program
This Agreement is effective as of [Date], by and between Mar Media, LLC. via The Legacy Mastermind and
1. Program Description:
The Legacy Mastermind Program ("Program") is a comprehensive 10-month business and personal development program offered by Mar Media LLC Via Speaking 4 Profit University. The Program includes monthly mastermind sessions, personal coaching, access to a resource library, and an in-person retreat. Bonus offers include 12-month access to Speaking 4 Profit Academy and one 1-hour bonus Session with Evolve and your Team.
2. Payment Terms:
The Client agrees to pay the total fee of $699 monthly for 12 months. All payments are non-refundable.
3. Program Schedule and Delivery:
The Program will commence on February 1, 2024, and conclude on January 7, 2025. Sessions will be conducted as outlined in the Program description.
4. Non-Refundable Clause:
The Client acknowledges that all payments made to Mar Media, LLC via Speaking 4 Profit University in connection with the Legacy Mastermind are non-refundable. This non-refundable clause applies regardless of the Client's level of participation in the Program.
5. Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to keep all information discussed within the Legacy Mastermind confidential. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, personal information, and insights shared by other Program participants.
6. Intellectual Property:
All materials provided during the Legacy Mastermind, including but not limited to documents, videos, and resources, are the intellectual property of Mar Media, LLC via Speaking 4 Profit University and are provided for the Client's personal use only.
7. Liability:
Mar Media, LLC via Speaking 4 Profit University is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the Client's participation in the Program.
8. Termination:
This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon written notice. In the event of termination, the Client remains responsible for the full payment of the Program fee.
9. Agreement Modification:
A modification of this Agreement shall be effective only if it is in writing and signed by both parties.
10. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Atlanta, Georgia.
11. Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
By signing below, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
