Evolve has developed training and education on the topics of LGBTQ inclusivity, diversity, equity, inclusion, and holistic wellness, proven impactful and informative for the many nonprofits, universities, technology companies, and small businesses that have enlisted their help.
Their passion for social justice and real change manifests in their inspirational speeches, which they further support with visuals, personal stories, and other experiential tools and strategies. They are the author of SIR: poetry dedicated to boihood and black queer love and the creator of The BOI Doc, SIR Volume 1, BOI Meets Wellness podcast and the Blaq Film Festival.

They have served world-class institutions such as UC Riverside, SF State, University of San Francisco, and UC Davis. B.X. earned their MA in Higher Education & Student Affairs. They have designed workshops for life after graduation, academic success skills, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
