Evolve Benton

Speaking in front of various colleges, universities, and corporations, I have carved out a niche, merging themes of diversity, equity, inclusion, and personal narrative to have transformative conversations and apply them to policies, procedures, and action plans. I have a BA in Communications, an MA in Clinical Psychology, and an MFA in Creative Writing.

With over 12 years as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion consultant and trainer, I specialize in facilitating transformative conversations at organizations thriving to be culturally diverse and apply DEI practices in action.

In 2020, I started my company, Speaking 4 Profit University, where I help diverse leaders like yourself grow profitable and sustainable speaking businesses.

I have helped my clients make over $3 million in the last few years and have grown my company from $0 to multiple six figures.

By implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System, I quit my 9-5 in 2023 and hired a lean team to continue scaling and growing Speaking 4 Profit University. We doubled our impact and revenue in 2023. We received our first grant from the Transgender Justice fund and helped over 200 diverse leaders launch their professional public speaking businesses.

Kiara Lee - Benton

Kiara Lee, MSW (she/they) is a holistic trauma healing coach, dynamic speaker, and valued consultant. Kiara is known for her unique ability to connect with people from different lived experiences by holding powerful individual and community healing spaces and blending heart-centered support with pragmatic efforts to effect meaningful change.

Kiara has worked with survivors of trauma for over ten years. Over this time, Kiara has supported thousands of individuals along their healing journey, each person with their own unique needs and circumstances; each person harnessing a well of power and healing energy just waiting to be accessed. Heeding a call to heal herself and help others find their healing, Kiara explored the world of alternative healing modalities, reaching the deep wisdom of her ancestors, elders, and our oldest, living teacher, Mama Earth.

Kiara works with clients to transcend their understanding of who they are after trauma by finding ways to reconnect with their bodies and to identify and set boundaries that affirm their needs and support their healing. Kiara uses mindfulness, gentle movement, plant medicine, and more to help balance and heal the mind, body, spirit, and emotions.
